Recently featured in the Irish Independent’s This Working Life, Roísín Carroll shared her journey from student life, to running her own company and ultimately joining the family business at Carroll Estates.
Her path into the industry wasn’t always straightforward. As a woman in a traditionally male dominated field, Roísín once questioned whether construction was the right space for her. Today, she’s proud to see the sector shifting and becoming more inclusive and diverse.
With experience in the business and proud of what the Carroll family has built over 50 years, Roísín is passionate about creating homes and building communities.
