At Carroll Estates, we believe in building more than just houses – we’re building a strong, growing business grounded in people, relationships and shared values. As a family-run company now in its fifth decade, our culture is shaped by trust, care and a commitment to supporting the people who help us grow.
In 2024, to mark 50 years in business, we introduced the very first Carroll Estates Family Day. This brought team members and their guests together for a relaxed, enjoyable day out. The atmosphere, energy and engagement made it clear that this kind of event needed to become a regular part of how we connect and celebrate as a company.
This year, we returned to Emerald Park for our second annual Family Day and it was even better. Seventy-four people attended and the day was filled with conversation, laughter and plenty of memorable moments. From rollercoasters to quiet catch-ups, it was a pleasure to see the team enjoying time together away from the day-to-day.
As Carroll Estates continues to grow, events like this reflect the values that guide us, openness, trust, respect and fairness. They’re a reminder that behind every project, milestone and success, there’s a team of dedicated people working together. Creating space to connect, recharge and enjoy the journey is part of how we stay grounded while looking forward.
We’re proud to make Family Day a Carroll Estates tradition, not just a celebration, but a reflection of the culture we’re building as we grow.
