My partner and I purchased a home in Cois Na Mara and from the beginning we can honestly say we were in awe of the way the project was run. When we had issues, which were few and far between, they were dealt with in an exemplary manner. The site foreman was so professional in the way he dealt with any of our queries. He sorted out anything we asked. If he was unable to take a call he was always quick to get back to us, which is very rare in this day and age.I recently had a relative stay with me and they commented on how such work could go on with such little disruption. Thank you to all at Carroll Estates and best of luck with future projects! Great to see an Irish Company doing well, particularly when it is so well deserved.

From our initial contact with Carroll Estates’ Agents, to their subcontractors and their own team on site everyone has been so helpful and polite. The whole process ran very smoothly – even during Covid times. The site manager in Brookfield is a credit to the company. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with and was so accommodating with any changes we requested during the build. We had some minor snag items after we moved in and he sorted them out quickly. Nothing was too much trouble and we are so grateful for his help. We are absolutely delighted with our new Carroll Estates’ home and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend buying from them to others.

My husband and I are the proud new owners of a home in Brookfield, Malahide. We recently got our keys and our family cannot wait to move into our new home! Everyone on the Carroll Estates’ site – carpenters, plumbers, plasterers, painters and tilers have been a pleasure to deal with and their workmanship has been brilliant. We are beyond delighted with our new home and they have all contributed to making it a fabulous house. After our initial snag there were some minor items that required touching up. The finishing foreman did an excellent job and continues to do so with any items that arise. His attention to detail is superb – he even pointed out something I hadn’t noticed and got it rectified straight away. The site foreman has been a pleasure to deal with – nothing has ever been too big an ask. He has reassured us about any queries we had or any anxieties I had. We honestly can’t thank you enough for our beautiful new home. We look forward to celebrating with our families over the festive period and for many more years to come.
