Carroll Estates celebrated an incredible milestone in 2024 – 50 years in business – and what a way to cap off the year with a very exciting announcement – we are now proud sponsors of St Maurs GAA in Rush, Dublin!

This partnership marks an exciting new chapter for both our company and the club, highlighting Carroll Estates’ commitment to supporting local sports and communities.

A fantastic way to finish off our milestone year!

The sponsorship was officially launched on a crisp winter morning in December 2024 with the unveiling of a vibrant mural, created by Darragh Mulryan of Darragh Signs and local Rush artist Sinead Joyce.

This vibrant and energetic artwork celebrates the partnership and highlights the shared vision of Carroll Estates and St Maurs GAA for a thriving, connected community.

The sponsorship launch was recently covered in several local and national publications, including The Daily Star, Lusk Local, and Northside People.

Club Treasurer Peter Monks had this to say about the partnership on the day of the launch “The Carroll Estate sponsorship is key for St Maurs as it will enable us to fund the upgrade of our vital ball wall area. We aim to have the project completed by summer 2025. This forms the last infrastructure phase in our development plan “Create the Future” which was launched in 2018 and set the club on a good path towards our Centenary in 2028”

As well as being on the ground in Rush over the coming years, building homes within the community, 2025 is shaping up to be an exciting year for Carroll Estates! We will also be launching new homes in Bettystown and Malahide, bringing high-quality living to these sought-after locations. It is a busy and promising year ahead for Carroll Estates as we continue to grow and invest in local communities.

Carroll Estates will act as the main sponsor of the Ball Wall Rejuvenation Project. This will improve the club’s facilities, benefiting players of all ages and ensuring St Maurs remains a central hub for local activity and youth development.

Roisin Carroll Director said, “We are delighted to partner with St Maurs GAA Club a cornerstone of the Rush and Loughshinny communities as they continue to inspire and empower people of all ages through sport supporting the development of the Ball wall and skills area alliance with our commitment to fostering community grout and well-being.”

Carroll Estates’ partnership with St Maurs GAA shows its commitment to making a real difference in Rush, bringing the community together, and supporting the area’s long-term growth. With a solid foundation built on these values, the future looks exciting for both Carroll Estates and St Maurs as they team up to create a lasting impact on the local community.

We are looking forward to such an exciting 2025! Our partnership with St Maurs GAA and New Homes Coming in Bettystown, Malahide and Rush.
